Advanced Solid-State NMR Training Course 2008
June 2 - 6, 2008 (arrival June 1 late afternoon, evening - departure June 6 afternoon for the Advanced solid-state NMR course participants) in combination with BIOCONTROL MC training network Solid-State NMR Course June 5 - 7 (arrival June 4 in the evening, departure for Aarhus June 6, teaching in Aarhus June 6 and Midterm Meeting in Aarhus June 9 and 10, Departure June 11 for the BIOCONTROL participants)
Following the success of the 2006 training course in Brückentinsee, we are pleased to announce the 2008 training course at Sandbjerg Estate located in the Southern Denmark.
The course is intented for Ph.D. students with research interests and compentences within solid-state NMR spectroscopy. Upon too large interest, we will select students according to stage of education, group etc. The course is mainly intended for students ready for advanced course within methodology, theory as well as sample preparation, data treatment, and applications.
The course is based on a very strong setting of internally leading experts in the field. To make it possible to establish a course with this quality and a nice Danish setting, we are glad to acknowledge a very significanf founding from the Danish National Research Foundation as part of an Internationalization program for the "Center for Insoluble Protein Structures (inSPIN)". In addition the course is enrolled as part of the iNANOschool Ph.D. course program. In addition, the past two days (thursday/friday) of the program, plus additional teaching saturday is organized in collaboration with the MC EU training program BIOCONTROL.
